Great article. As an introvert in an extrovert profession I can strongly relate. I do enjoy 'small' group planning/thinking/brainstorming and miss that in my last two appointments. For me I enjoy hearing other's opinion and ideas of how to handle a situation. I don't do well leading an exhortation on my own because, well, I'm an introvert!
